What are events and how are they counted?
Events are rows written to destinations. Each record that Muxer processes and delivers to your destination counts as one event.
What happens if I exceed my monthly event limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. Pro and Scale plans include overage pricing - additional events are billed per 1k at the rates shown.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate billing accordingly.
What's the difference between annual and monthly pricing?
Annual plans offer 20% savings compared to monthly billing. You can switch between billing cycles at any time.
What kind of support do you provide?
Free plans include best-effort support. Pro plans include email support. Scale plans include priority support. Enterprise includes dedicated support management.
What are the SLA guarantees?
Pro: 99.9% uptime, Scale: 99.95% uptime, Enterprise: 99.99% uptime. Free plans are best-effort without SLA guarantees.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
